In his ongoing project Water School, Biennial contributor Oscar Tuazon investigates the relationship between architecture, water, and land rights through formal and informal learning and design processes. Here Tuazon moderates a discussion with tribal attorney Tara Houska (Couchiching First Nation); American Indian activist, attorney, and politician Chase Iron Eyes (Oglala Sioux); and Panda highlighting the significance of clean water to connecting communities in the Great Lakes region.
