Dianna Frid joins artists Jenelle Esparza and Melissa Leandro to learn more about their textile-based works on view in Remember Where You Are. Based in San Antonio and Chicago, respectively, Esparza will speak to her research on Mexican-American labor in the cotton fields of South Texas, while Leandro will touch on the process of creating textiles that layer weaving, embroidery, and digital imagery with personal references to her mother, Miami, and Costa Rica.
