Cabbage Patch by Danish artists, Gamborg/Magnussen, was commissioned by the Danish Arts Foundation in partnership with Garfield Park Conservatory and the Chicago Park District.The installation rethinks the historic grounds behind the Conservatory first designed in 1905 by Danish-American landscape architect Jens Jensen. The installation features a field of 10,000 cabbages and a functional garden kitchen in the middle of the park.
