Join architect Iker Gil and photographer David Schalliol for a look at the exhibition Nocturnal Landscapes: Urban Flows of Global Metropolises. They’ll guide you along the Riverwalk to show you how to observe cities at night from an interdisciplinary perspective. You’ll use iPhone to capture night images of the cityscape.
Iker Gil | Architect
Iker Gil is the director of MAS Studio, editor in chief of MAS Context, and executive director of the SOM Foundation. He teaches architecture at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
David Schalliol | Visual Sociologist
David Schalliol is an associate professor of sociology at St. Olaf College and a partner with Scrappers Film Group. His photographs and writing have appeared in MAS Context, The New York Times, and more.
